Lamont: Called up
Scotland have swapped one Lamont for another for the visit of world champions South Africa on Saturday.
With Sean Lamont set to miss the rest of the autumn internationals after suffering a hamstring injury against New Zealand, coach Frank Hadden has called up his brother Rory to replace him on the left wing.
The match will be Rory Lamont's 18th cap for Scotland - and his first international since suffering a nasty facial injury against England in March.
The enforced change is the only switch made in Hadden's squad from the side that lost to the All Blacks.
However with Jim Hamilton, Nathan Hines and Thom Evans missing training, Alasdair Strokosch and Simon Webster have been placed on stand-by.
Simon Taylor, who was a late withdrawal from the side to face the All Blacks with a calf problem, does not feature in the squad.
And coach Hadden is expecting the game to be one and lost in the forwards.
"If you don't front up physically against South Africa, you don't get into the game," he said.
"We're expecting a big confrontation and that is reflected in the pack we've gone for.
"We created a lot of opportunities against New Zealand. We're determined to turn them into points this weekend."
Springbok scrum-half Fourie du Preez has been ruled out of South Africa's Test against Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Du Preez injured a thigh muscle a few minutes into the Springboks training session at Fettes College on Thursday. According to reports a scan confirmed the damage to his left quad.
Ricky Januarie will wear the number nine jersey for the Boks for Saturday's Test and possibly against England a week later.
Fly-half Ruan Pienaar will provide scrum-half cover as coach Peter de Villiers has added an extra forward, in the form of Danie Rossouw, to the bench.
