Drauniniu: Premiership debut
At The Stoop, Saturday October 31, kick-off 3pm
Winger Josh Drauniniu will make his Premiership debut for Harlequins for the visit of London Irish.
Drauniniu replaces Ugo Monye, who is away on England duty, after impressing for the A team.
There is also a first start of the season for Rory Clegg, while Karl Dickson, Seb Jewell and Chris York could all make their Premiership debuts off the bench.
Chris Robshaw will take over the captaincy while Steve So'oialo and Tom Guest also come into the starting XV.
Nick Evans and Nick Easter are both injured, while Danny Care is on international duty.
London Irish coach Toby Booth has made two changes for the short trip across the capital.
John Rudd makes his debut on the wing, while Argentina's Alfredo Lalanne starts at scrum-half in place of Paul Hodgson.
And Booth is expecting a tough game, especially after Quins beat Worcester last time out.
"Our visit to the Stoop provides us with a chance to keep up with the early league leaders," said Booth.
"We know and respect the Harlequins players and coaching staff They had an important away win last weekend and were unlucky to lose to Toulouse a fortnight ago, we are going to have to be at our best to come away with any points."
