Italy have rung the changes for their final June international against the US Eagles in Houston.
The Azzurri followed up their loss to Argentina with a Kristopher Burton-inspired win over Canada last time out.
However Burton drops to the bench as one of eight changes, with Riccardo Bocchino handed his chance in the No.10 jersey.
Luke McLean, Roberto Quartaroli, Edoardo Gori, Mauro Bergamasco, Carlo Festuccia, and Alberto De Marchi also come into the new-look line-up, with Luca Morisi making his first start.
The other hand, the Americans are unchanged side following their 36-20 victory over Georgia.
Coach Mike Tolkin does make one alteration on the bench, though, with former Sevens captain Mose Timoteo providing cover at scrum-half.
"The guys saw the hard work being translated into success against Georgia," Tolkin said.
"We're excited to build on it, and carry on that enthusiasm that is at the heart of it knowing we have to step it up against Italy."
