Owen Farrell: Passed fit to start on the bench
Danny Cipriani: Makes his first start for Sale
Sale Sharks have made four changes to their line-up for the visit of Saracens on Saturday.
Mark Cueto, Danny Cipriani, Kearnan Myall and Richie Vernon will make their first starts of the season following the disappointing opening-day rout against Exeter.
There is also a place for the fit-again Alasdair Dickinson on the bench, however Marc Jones, Cillian Willis and Andy Powell are ruled out through injury.
Saracens have named an unchanged starting XV following last weekend's 40-3 season opening victory over London Irish.
The only changes in McCall's 23-man squad come on the bench where Alistair Hargreaves and Owen Farrell have been named.
Both shaken off minor knocks to be included, with second-row Hargreaves set to make his Aviva Premiership debut should he take to the field.
The other change sees Jared Saunders named among the replacement props on the bench.
