Matt Hopper: To start at outside centre for Quins
Jordan Crane: Will captain Leicester against Quins
Leicester Tigers will be hoping to stop the Harlequins juggernaut in Aviva Premiership action at Welford Road on Saturday.
Quins have a 100 per cent record from their top-flight games this season while the Tigers have 12 points from three outings.
The Tigers have not lost in the regular Premiership season since February, a 19-11 defeat to Exeter - although Quins did pip them to the Premiership title at Twickenham.
Jordan Crane will captain Leicester Tigers on the return to Welford Road for the visit of the champions.
The No.8 runs out at the head of the team in the absence of Geordan Murphy, who suffered a knee injury in the draw against Saracens at Wembley last weekend.
Scott Hamilton reverts to full-back in place of Murphy, with Niall Morris coming into the backline. Matt Smith is also included.
Boris Stankovich and Martin Castrogiovanni are in the front row alongside hooker Tom Youngs.
Adam Thompstone, a summer signing from London Irish, could make his Tigers debut after being included among the replacements.
Harlequins have made just the one change to their squad for the trip to Leicester.
Matt Hopper starts at outside centre, replacing George Lowe who took a knock during training this week.
In the forwards, Olly Kohn returns to partner George Robson in the second-row while Maurie Fa'asavalu joins Nick Easter and captain, Chris Robshaw in the back-row.
