Exeter Chiefs have named an unchanged starting line-up ahead of Saturday's Aviva Premiership clash against Gloucester at Sandy Park.

A 37-24 victory against London Wasps last time out means the Chiefs still have a European spot in sight.

Another win on Saturday could see Exeter claim fifth place for a second successive season and guarantee a final Heineken Cup qualification spot.

Exeter coach Rob Baxter will look to Gareth Steenson to keep the scoreboard ticking over after the fly-half kicked 17 points last time out.

Visitors Gloucester are also unchanged from the side which beat Saracens last time out as they head into their final game of the Aviva Premiership campaign.

Fifth-place Gloucester have already sealed their place in the Heineken Cup for next season but face a Chiefs side eager to secure the same destiny.

Although there are no changes to Nigel Davies' starting line-up, Darren Dawidiuk returns to the bench following suspension while Mike Tindall and Shane Monahan are included in the squad.

The returns mean there is no place for Ryan Mills or Martyn Thomas in the 23-man squad travelling to Sandy Park.

Exeter: 15 Luke Arscott, 14 Jack Nowell, 13 Phil Dollman, 12 Jason Shoemark, 11 Matt Jess, 10 Gareth Steenson, 9 Haydn Thomas, 8 Richard Baxter (capt), 7 James Scaysbrook, 6 Ben White, 5 Damian Welch, 4 Dean Mumm, 3 Hoani Tui, 2 Jack Yeandle, 1 Brett Sturgess,
Replacements: 16 Chris Whitehead, 17 Carl Rimmer, 18 Craig Mitchell, 19 Aly Muldowney, 20 Dave Ewers, 21 Will Chudley, 22 Henry Slade, 23 Ian Whitten.

Gloucester: 15 Rob Cook, 14 Charlie Sharples, 13 Henry Trinder, 12 Billy Twelvetrees, 11 Jonny May, 10 Freddie Burns, 9 Dan Robson, 8 Ben Morgan 7 Akapusi Qera, 6 Sione Kalamafoni, 5 Lua Lokotui, 4 Tom Savage (capt), 3 Shaun Knight, 2 Koree Britton, 1 Nick Wood.
Replacements: 16 Darren Dawidiuk, 17 Dan Murphy, 18 Yann Thomas, 19 Peter Buxton, 20 Andy Hazell, 21 Dave Lewis, 22 Mike Tindall, 23 Shane Monahan.

What they said...

Exeter Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter

"Right now we are moving forward and I'm comfortable with where we are.

"I think we are developing, on and off the field, so it will be nice to get a tangible reward for a big season at the final whistle in the final game."

Gloucester Director of Rugby Nigel Davies

"When you look at the fixture, you'd say there is everything for Exeter to play for, to get that all important European qualification, and nothing for us.

"But that's certainly not how we're looking at this game. We're very much looking at this as the start to our next season."
