Shane Geraghty: Will start at No. 10 for London Irish
Jimmy Cowan: Recalled to the Gloucester starting XV
Gloucester coach Nigel Davies has restored Jimmy Cowan, Akapusi Qera and Billy Twelvetrees to his starting XV for Saturday's Amlin Challenge Cup clash with London Irish.
All three sat out last week's 29-22 victory at the Madejski Stadium, but are restored as Davies shuffles his pack with a number of changes.
Also recalled are Dan Murphy, Rupert Harden, Will James, Ben Morgan and Rob Cook, while Tom Savage and Freddie Burns switch positions.
The Cherry and Whites will be looking for a fourth straight victory in this season's competition as they bid to strengthen their grip on Pool One, although Davies insists his side are not getting ahead of themselves.
"It's a job that's only half done at the moment," he declared. "It was great to come back the way we did last weekend against Irish, but they showed what a dangerous team they are and what they're capable of.
"We really weren't at the races in the first half last weekend, which was a bit disappointing. We've been like that a couple of times this season and have to guard against that."
Irish will be aiming to bounce straight back from last weekend's disappointing reverse and have opted to start with Shane Geraghty at fly-half for the encounter at Kingsholm.
Elsewhere, Guy Armitage is given the nod at inside centre, Kieron Low comes into the back row, while James Sandford will start alongside Bryn Evans in the second row.
Exiles Director of Rugby Brian Smith said: "We've made a few changes to freshen up the team this week. The new boys are very enthusiastic and the entire squad is keen to put in a performance at Kingsholm."
