Andrea Pratichetti: Is moved from the left wing to inside centre for the clash
Thierry Dusautoir: Has been rested for Toulouse's clash with Treviso
French international flank Thierry Dusautoir has been rested for Toulouse's Heineken Cup clash with Treviso on Sunday.
Despite this though, the four-time champions will start with an all-international back row as Gregory Lamboley joins Yannick Nyanga and Louis Picamoles.
Veteran centre Yannick Jauzion has also been named to start, with Gaël Fickou, who has been named in France's Six Nations squad, drops to the bench.
This weekend's game is crucial as Toulouse trail Pool Two leaders Leicester by a point.
Meanwhile, Andrea Pratichetti, Ludovico Nitoglia and Robert Barbieri are the only survivors from Treviso's defeat to Glasgow last weekend.
Pratichetti is moved from the left wing to inside centre with Nitoglia keeping his spot on the right wing.
Pratichetti forms a new midfield combination with Tommaso Benvenuti whilst Luca Morisi (fly-half), Giiulio Toniolatti (full-back), Tobias Botes (scrum-half) and Tommaso Iannone (left wing) are all promoted to the starting line-up.
Amongst the forwards, Barbieri has kept his spot at number eight and is joined in the back row by Paul Derbyshire and Dean Budd.
Antonio Pavanello and Valerio Bernabo will start in the second row while Alberto de Marchi and Matteo Muccignat (props) slot in alongside hooker Enrico Ceccato.
