The Scarlets will be looking to restore some pride when they play host to Leicester at Parc y Scarlets on Sunday.
Scarlets cannot progress to the semi-finals of the LV= Cup, and have won just one of their last nine matches in all competitions.
The Welsh region will field an inexperienced squad with several players on international duty at senior, U20 and Sevens levels.
Hooker Emyr Phillips captains the Scarlets side for the first time alongside Rhodri Jones and overseas signing Jacobie Adriaanse in the front row.
A new face to the Scarlets starting line-up is Kenfig Hill RFC product Kyle Evans who has put in some exciting performances with Llanelli RFC in recent weeks.
Outside half Owen Williams has also been in good form for Llanelli and gets his second start after impressing against Sale last week.
LV= Cup holders Tigers welcome back Thomas Waldrom after the number eight was released from the England squad.
Micky Young comes in at scrum-half, with George Chuter and Harry Wells added to the forward pack after starting among the replacements in the bonus-point win over Wasps.
Geordan Murphy is named among the replacements on his recovery from a knee injury and there is a place for young flanker George Oliver and Academy second-rower Matt Hubbart.

Replacements: 16 Rob Hawkins, 17 Ryan Bower, 18 Fraser Balmain, 19 Matt Hubbart, 20 George Oliver, 21 Sam Harrison, 22 Andy Symons, 23 Geordan Murphy.
"This is an important game for us in terms of building momentum into what will be very important fixtures in our league campaign, with Connacht and Munster at home in coming weeks.
"We've got plenty of tradition with Leicester and the battles and rivalries of Welsh regions pitting themselves against the English clubs usually brings out the best in our home supporters.
"It's going to be competitive and challenging for us and we look forward to seeing some of these new players taking their chances on Sunday."
