Aironi claimed victory in the RaboDirect PRO12 Italian derby thanks to 27 points from the boot of Luciano Orquera.
The hosts' fly-half successfully slotted nine penalties, with the first coming two minutes into the match and the second five minutes from time, as Treviso failed to secure a win which could have taken them fifth.
It was Aironi's second win in 11 matches in the competition to date but not enough to lift them off bottom spot.
