Hi guys, for those of you that don't know I have been selected to compete for England at the Commonwealth Games later this month.
It's always been a goal of mine to compete at a Commonwealth Games, so I'm very honoured and proud to be competing in Glasgow.
My preparation is in full swing now and I'm currently in a very heavy period of training. I'm doing big numbers of routines in the gym trying to get my fitness back to the level it was at the Europeans.
It's going very well at the moment and the new upgrades I'm looking to put into my routines are looking good to go.
Last week I went along to St George's Park with the rest of my team for the kitting out process. It's always pretty exciting getting all your new kit and definitely brought back memories of London and the Olympics.
The kit looks really smart and it's all starting to seem a bit more real now. I've got some cool clips of me training recently that I will tweet out in the next few days.
Talk to you guys soon, it's time for me to hit the ice bath!
