The crew loves nothing more than an excuse for a good old knees up...and this week we have two!

Tubes and Rocket are both a year older (26 and 25 if you were wondering) and although they're a year apart the two great men were born on the same day, which is pretty cool... well for a few seconds and then you get over it!

But being the professionals that they are you won't see them taking any time off to really let their hair down, oh no. Tubes has been busy brushing up on his wrestling knowledge as he went to see WWE star John Cena, while Rocket is all by himself in Newcastle doing Small Talk - so feel free to wish him a very happy birthday if you see him around town!

Jimi has been given the gift of sight this week after finally getting a new pair of glasses, but unfortunately for him there seems to be no cure for his narcolepsy!

Our new recruit has been struggling to stay awake on Saturday's after the show and spent last Saturday asleep in his car at a petrol station!

Jimi was on his way to a friends birthday bash and decided to catch 40 winks after filling up his tank and well... you can guess the rest!

To make things worse not only did he miss out on another Saturday night, he has had to go into hiding from his 'feisty' friend, who needless to say was not very impressed when he didn't turn up.

Steve's also had a pretty bad week after losing his keys in a pub including his one and only car key. His car is currently parked somewhere in West London where it's just waiting to get a ticket!

And it seems certain crew members are having trouble shaking off the ghost of Dance Off past on their nights out after James' shape-making skills were challenged at the weekend, while Lisa's friends insist she shows her moves at ever opportunity - which begs the question; will we ever be able to forget!?
