After a couple of relatively easy weeks for Tom on the show we thought it was time for him to step up his Forces training by getting him to try and pull a car on Saturday's show

Quotes of the week
The London Marathon is just over two months away and we can't wait!
We don't normally get that excited about it, but this year we have not one, but two crew members taking part.
Tom has decided to put all his Forces training into practise and run the 26.2 miles, while James has also decided to take part for moral support! Good luck boys... you're going to need it!
After a couple of relatively easy weeks for Tom on the show we thought it was time for him to step up his Forces training by getting him to try and pull a car on Saturday's show.
Unfortunately after some health and safety tests it was determined that our Robin Hood lookalike was not strong enough! Obviously we're all massively disappointed about that.
Jimi seems to have finally overcome his narcolepsy although the extra sleep doesn't seem to be helping him in the meetings.
He said he had a great a NEW idea this week which involved a player or manager showing us around their club... sort of like This Is My Club then!?
Baby Elvis is kicking himself this week after turning down the chance to see Andy in a Spurs shirt.
Andy bet Baby Elvis that Man Utd would beat Tottenham for the second time in a week and said he would wear a Spurs shirt if they didn't, but having already been stung once he turned down the chance to get his own back.
Still it's probably for the best because we're not sure if Andy would fit into Baby Elvis's shirt!
Outside the Office, Rocket has been meeting his new neighbours before he throws the mother of all house warming parties, while Tom and Steve's footy team grabbed a last gasp equaliser to draw their game on Saturday 3-3.
Tom was amongst the goals, with what he describes as a spectacular overhead kick, reminiscent of David Platt's goal for England against Belgium at Italia 90.
A source close to the club however, said it was more like Chris Brass's own goal for Bury against Darlington... who should we believe?
See you next week!
