What a bunch of April Fools we all are! All that is with the exception of Trev who got every one of us hook line and sinker during our weekly meeting on Tuesday morning!

While we were all throwing around some ideas Trev looked down at his pad and then exclaimed: "Oh yeah I've got some great news, I've managed to sort out some time with David Beckham!"

Brilliant we all thought, how did you manage that? Trev then spun an elaborate web of lies which included the lines "When I spoke to Victoria she said he'd be happy to do a diary piece with me".

And: "He's happy for me to go over and film whenever we want, but apparently he's got a five-a-side pitch in his back garden and Snoop Dogg and Tom Cruise go over every Wednesday to have a kick about so I thought that would be a perfect day to do it."

And yet amazingly we still didn't clock on because we were all so excited! A smirk then appeared on Trev's face and someone shouted is this an April fools! All we can say is bravo Mr Giess, Bravo!

Trick us once and shame on you, trick us twice and well... shame on Rocket and Jimi! Yes not only did they both fall for Trev's elaborate lie they also got duped by the media.

"Have you heard they're trying to ban pint glasses from pubs," said Rocket. We hadn't. "I heard it on the radio this morning, apparently it's because it's encouraging violent behaviour." We all stared blankly. "Oh no it's an April fools isn't it!"

Jimi meanwhile was really impressed by the news that a new ipod was going to be released which could read your thoughts! Apparently you would just have to think of the song you wanted to hear and the 'ithink' would play it.

Now we're not saying it won't happen one day but we're still waiting for those hover boards from Back to the Future II! So...

Jimi though has really stepped up this week after we decided we needed a replacement for Tom in the London Marathon!

Despite having done no training at all he has offered to take Tom's place for this year's run, which is less than two weeks away!

If that wasn't enough he has also been persuaded to don a Borat Mankini for the race as we all believe he will raise more money this way! We could all learn a thing or two about spirit from this guy!
