Now we're not exactly a miserable bunch, but when every single person in the office is walking around with a huge smile on their face, you should ask questions.

Even the Spurs fans in the office have managed to put their team's troubles to one side and focus on the one really good thing in all our lives.

So, what has got everyone in such a brilliant mood? Three words: Miami Heat Cheerleaders!

The beautiful ladies from the U S of A will be in the studio this week and Rocket in particular is really excited:

"We should definitely organise a night out afterwards!" he told us.

Outside the office and it seems as though everyone has caught the golf bug, but with disastrous consequences.

While Steve 'Skrts' Suttcliffe avoided a nasty accident after falling out of a golf buggy, Trev's nine iron was in pieces half way up the fairway on the 10th!

A friendly round of golf with Tom and Dave turned nasty after Trev's competitive nature reared its ugly head.

"I was eight shots ahead of Tom and cruising, two holes later I was two behind him," explained Trev. "It wasn't that aggressive I just let go of my club after my shot in frustration and it happen to hit the one tree on the fairway and snap in half!"

The ugly scenes weren't just confined to the golf course though as Tom came in sporting a lovely cut above his right eye.

Our fake soldier was in the wars after clashing heads on the football pitch. Apparently there was blood everywhere, but in true Terry Butcher style he played on!

Thankfully there was no blood spilt on the dance floor on Saturday night as the youngest member of the crew officially became a man!

James, aka Curly, celebrated his 21st in style with a night out in St Albans although it wasn't all smooth sailing as Max was initially refused entry for wearing trainers.

We were all a bit gutted because we thought that meant his night was over, but then he spotted a guy coming out with the worst pair of brown shoes you have ever seen!

The guy was on his way home so Max offered him a shoe plus cash swap deal, which not surprisingly he agreed to!

Now that's what we call thinking on your feet!
