This week's show was made even more special by the fact that Alesha Dixon was on the show. I've got one word to describe her...FIT!

I guess there's only one place to start, Saturday and the Dance Off.

It's fair to say it didn't go as I had planned and after the show I got straight on the phone to my choreographer! I was mad at him because he obviously didn't teach me that well!

In all seriousness though, that was one of the best Dance Off's ever. Trevor was rightly crowned Dance Off King and in truth I was surprised I finished as high as fourth.

I thought Dave set the tone and did really well coming out first, my only disappointment was Graham didn't finish higher, he had some good moves.

This week's show was made even more special by the fact that Alesha Dixon was on the show. I've got one word to describe her...FIT! She's also genuinely a really nice girl.

She's been on the show a few times before and I've asked her a few questions out and about as well and she's always a good laugh, so I thought I'd ask her out live on the show!

Luckily for me she said she'd go on a date with me if the show paid! I'm not sure if it will happen anytime soon though because she's pretty busy at the moment and I think she might even be in Japan at the moment.

If we do ever get around to it I'd take her out to do some kind of activity, somewhere we could have a laugh and then go for a nice posh dinner. Maybe even go to the football, she's an Arsenal fan, but I wouldn't go there, I'd take her to Chelsea!

After the show on Saturday I headed into Guildford to watch my mate, Chris Braid's band, Braid, play, which was really good fun.

And then it was off to a good friend of mine's leaving party. She's heading to Ghana to teach which is pretty cool so I went around to her house to see her off as well.

On Monday I went to see I Am Legend which really wasn't the best. The special effects were really good but that was about it. I normally like Will Smith's films as well because he's a really good actor so it was quite disappointing.

Speaking of good actors I might be going to a junket with Daniel Craig on Sunday which will be brilliant. I'm a fan of all the James Bond films and I think he makes a pretty good one as well so I'm looking forward to that, hopefully he'll appreciate my sick lyrics!

Right I'm off to watch the Dance Off again with my choreographer to see where I went wrong!
