As much as I love my job getting into work on a Saturday for 6.30am is never easy, having said that this week it was an absolute breeze!

The Rock, Evander Holyfield, Julian Dicks, Danny Dyer and Tamer Hassan well that's just a brilliant line-up, so I was pretty up for it when I got in.

The show is obviously on air at 9am but we get in for 6.30 for a rehearsal and the rest of time is just spent on general preparation.

Once the show's on air I spend my time on the studio floor along with the rest of the crew making sure everything is going ok (that's the reason for those lovely headsets you see us wearing!)

But it's not until about 11.30 when I really earn my money because that's when I come on camera to ask my one question to one of those lucky lucky people on the orange sofa!

You'd think that for a seasoned professional like my self one question wouldn't faze me one little bit right? Well the truth is the old heart really starts pounding before I go on and if I'm honest I get ridiculously nervous!

This week was no different but I thought I got in a good question and Dwayne gave a great answer as well so all in all it was a job well done!

Saturday night is obviously party night and conveniently I had a birthday bash to go to which was good and then being the model son that I am I took my mum out for lunch on Sunday for mother's day.

Myself and the stunning Miss Alba will be spending a few intimate minutes together at the Soho Hotel this week!

I use the word intimate loosely though because in reality it will be myself, Alba, a cameraman and Disco Dave, who has decided he wants to come along for the ride too... I wonder why!

I can't wait... I just hope I can concentrate!
