Turgoose: award winning actor
When we got back to our flats where we were all staying we had a massive party and it just seemed like we were starting off where we had left the wrap party.

Quotes of the week
The last time Thomas Turgoose took his place on the orange sofas he was 15 and revealed he had been given lines by his teacher for defacing her Orlando Bloom calendar!
The fresh faced Grimsby fan entered our studios in 2007 having just made his first film - Shane Meadows' '80s drama, This Is England, for which Turgoose received widespread acclaim and went on to win the British Independent Film Award for Most Promising Newcomer.
Three years, another award and two more films later, and he returned to the show to talk about going back to the future with his latest project - This Is England '86.
The four-part series, which has been commissioned by Channel 4, sees the young star reunited with the cast and crew of the original film, including director Meadows, and he admitted it was great to be back with everyone.
"It was amazing," he told Soccer AM. "It was kind of like we had never been apart because we all stayed in touch.
"Everyone was always seeing each other, and we were always up and down to Manchester and Nottingham.
"But when we got back to our flats where we were all staying we had a massive party and it just seemed like we were starting off where we had left the wrap party.
"And then getting back on set with them all was just amazing."
Award
The 18-year-old's future looks extremely bright, having also won an award for Best Actor in a Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York for his part in another Meadows feature - Somers Town.
Things, however, have not always been so rosy. At just 13-years-old Turgoose saw his mother die of cancer and was later placed on a scheme for troubled children shortly before he earned the lead role in This Is England.
Fellow cast member and friend of the show Stephen Graham took him under his wing during filming and Turgoose revealed he has been a constant source of support ever since.
"Him and his lovely wife Hannah looked after me so well after what happened with my mum and after everything that had gone on in my life when I was younger," he said.
"I was always going up and down to see them and I was sitting there one day with Stephen playing Fifa and I just turned around to him and said; 'you're kind of like my granddad.'
"If I ever needed anything I could always give him a ring. If I just wantedto talk to someone or needed some advice on an audition, even if he was jet-setting across the world or in Hawaii working on Pirates of the Caribbean 4 with Johnny Depp, I've always got time to talk to him and he's always got time for me as well."
