The British Armed Forces consists of some of the most skilled, brave and toughest men and women in the world.
But just who is the toughest of them all? Each week a member of the army, navy or royal air forces takes to the Soccer AM car park to take on a man known only as Helmet in a game of Tug of War!
The man mountain is an imposing figure and will take some beating, but we're sure there is at least one person out there that can defeat him... the question is, who?
