SUMMARY: Crump gets the best start from Sayfutdinov but the Russian then pulls a massive wheelie down the back straight and B Pedersen catches him. Sayfutdinov crashes to the track and takes out Bomber Harris. Sayfutdinov is excluded from the re-run. In the re-run, Crump again gets the best start and stays there throughout to win and make the final. Harris is second throughout and holds off B Pedersen before pressing Crump and also making the final.

SUMMARY: Hancock gets a flier and is leading into the final lap but N Pedersen crashes to the track as he battles with Holder at the back and the race is stopped. In the re-run, Hancock again gets the best start and leads from N Pedersen, who again crashes to the track on the second lap as Lindgren passed him up the inside. There is contact but N Pedersen is excluded. In the second re-run, Hancock again gets the best start and stays there throughout to win easily, while Lindgren also makes the final.

SUMMARY: Pedersen gets the best start but is put under pressure before going wide on the second bend and Sayfutdinov and Harris get up the inside. Sayfutdinov pulls away to win easily and Harris is put under pressure by Pedersen but holds him off to make it eight points for the night and he should make the semis. Pedersen is not happy with Sayfutdinov at the end and the pair exchange words and have to be seperated. wow!

SUMMARY: World champ Hancock gets a flier and is out in front but there is contact between Holder and Pedersen behind with Pedersen sent crashing to the ground. Holder is excluded from the re-run - he only has six points from his opening four rides so will be looking to win his last heat. In the re-run, Hancock again gets the best start but Pedersen takes him around the outside coming off turn 2. But Hancock refuses to give in and gets back in front before pulling away to win easily. Pedersen is second with Jensen back in third.

SUMMARY: Holder gets the best start from Gate 1 but Bjerre and Hampel collide going into the first bend and the pair go crashing into the air fence. All four riders can re-start but the pair are still down getting treatment on the track. The ambulance is now on the track for Hampel, while Bjerre is okay and back in the pits. It is a suspected broken right leg for Hampel, who is stretchered away in the ambulance. Reserve Peter Kildemand takes his place for the re-run. In the re-start, Kildemand jumps the tapes and is excluded. Mikkel B Jensen replaces him for the second re-run. When the race finally gets underway again, Holder again makes the best start from Gate 1 and stays there throughout, pulling away to take the three points. Andersen is second throughout with Bjerre in third.
