Iversen is joined by fellow Grand Prix star Kenneth Bjerre as he makes his return to Saddlebow Road, whilst Elite League Riders' Champion Rory Schlein is also back to form a potent looking top-three.
Dane Nicklas Porsing and 15-year-old British sensation Robert Lambert, who turns 16 in early April, complete the top-five.
The Stars had already named club assets Lewis Kerr and Lewis Rose at reserve following last week's 'fast-track' draft and they look a very powerful unit.
Lynn co-promoter Buster Chapman said: "It's a very exciting line-up and we have a good blend of riders.
"We have two fantastic heat leaders in Niels and Kenneth, while Rory was starting to find his form towards the end of last season.
"Kenneth came to us about signing for the club, we didn't approach him.
"It's good that he wants to ride for us.
"The team has lots of potential and I'm looking forward to the new season."
