Kuyt: Dropped
Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt has been dropped from the Holland squad to play Croatia in Split on Wednesday.
But several other Premier League players have been included in the 21-man party for the friendly, including Manchester United's Edwin van der Sar, Aston Villa's Wilfred Bouma, Wigan's Mario Melchiot, Blackburn's Andre Ooijer and Liverpool's Ryan Babel.
Dutch head coach Marco van Basten has also recalled Celtic forward Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink after the player fell out of favour for six months.
Former Wigan midfielder Denny Landzaat - who joined Feyenoord this week - has also earned a recall after a five-month absence.
But Arsenal's Robin van Persie and former Chelsea winger Arjen Robben were not included because of injury.
Full squad: Van der Sar (Manchester United), Stekelenburg (Ajax); Bouma (Aston Villa), De Cler (Feyenoord), Heitinga (Ajax), Mathijsen (Hamburg), Melchiot (Wigan), Ooijer (Blackburn); Afellay, van Bronckhorst (Feyenoord), Engelaar, De Jong (Hamburg), Landzaat (Feyenoord), Seedorf, Sneijder (Real Madrid), van der Vaart (Hamburg), De Zeeuw (AZ Alkmaar); Babel (Liverpool), Huntelaar (Ajax), Van Nistelrooy (Real Madrid), Vennegoor of Hesselink (Celtic).
