Due to the constant development of the Site it may become necessary to amend these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to do so by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly and your continued use of the Website after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.

These Terms and Conditions apply if you ("the Entrant") play the Fantasy NFL Competition ("the Game"), which is operated by NFL International Ltd ("the Promoter").

The Game is open to any eligible person residing in a country where the Game is not prohibited or otherwise unlawful. Failure to observe these requirements and these terms and conditions will mean that any winning entry is invalid and all winnings will be forfeited. Employees of the Promoter, its associated, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their families, agents and any person connected with the Game are eligible to enter, but are excluded winning prizes. Participants can enter via the Website and entry is free of charge. In the case of all entries, entrants must supply all the information requested.

Once an entry is correctly submitted via the Website, the Website will generate an acceptance message. The acceptance message will contain the entrant's name, username, login details and password. Entrants are responsible for retaining the acceptance message. Entry and entry details will also be confirmed to the entrant by email. Entrants will need their login details and password in order to view their team details and effect transfers. See TRANSFERS for information on transfers.

(a) There is no limit to the number of transfers in any one weekly Transfer Window, but they must fit under the $18 million salary cap. The weekly Transfer Window is open from Tuesday 12.00hrs (UK time) to 5.30 p.m. on Sunday. However players involved in any games before Sunday (i.e. Thursday or Saturday games) will be locked from 30 minutes before kick-off of the first game on those days. (b) Please see the Website for full details of players available for transfers and the NFL Season Schedule (c) The transfer deadlines may be amended by the Promoter without notice.

To pick a team the Entrant must select 8 players from the lists provided:

• Quarterback

• 2 x Running Back

• 2 x Wide Receiver

• Tight End

• Kicker

• Team Defense

The Entrant can pick as many players from each NFL team as they wish.

The Entrant's team will be entered in the overall competition, as well as mini-competitions relating to the Entrant's choices in the registration options.

The Entrant must select NFL players for their fantasy team whose total cost adds up to no more than the designated $18 million salary cap. Players are rated at $4 million, $3 million, $2 million and $1 million, and the Entrant will not be able to complete selection of a team if they have overspent on this limit.

Each fantasy football player will receive the equivalent points for any points scored. In addition a quarterback will score 3 points for each touchdown pass thrown. For example:

• Offensive player scoring a touchdown (including return TDs): 6 points

• Team defense scoring a touchdown (e.g. interception return): 6 points

• Quarterback throwing a touchdown pass: 3 points

In addition players can score points as follows:

• Rushing or receiving yards: 1 point per 10 yards gained

• Passing yards: 1 point per 30 yards gained

• Sack: 3 points

• Defensive turnover (interception or fumble recovery): 3 points

When the Entrant selects their team they will asked to choose a Login name, team name and a password in order to track the performance of their team. Every Tuesday at 2:00pm (GMT), Entrants will be able to check on their scores for the weekend and see how they are ranked.

The Entrant can trade as many football players as they wish each week within the salary cap budget. When making trades the Entrant will be able to access a database of information about the fantasy football players to help in making decisions about which players to select, including their most recent stats.

The points scoring rules are set out paragraph 5. Each week the top scoring team will receive a prize ("Weekly Prize") and will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win a trip to Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans. The Weekly Prize will include:

No Team can be both the Cumulative Winner and Grand Prize Draw Winner. If the same Team is the Cumulative Winner and the Grand Prize Draw Winner, then they may select which one of the two prizes it wants to win, and the Team with the second most points at the end of the season or the Weekly Winner, that is the second to be selected at the Grand Prize Draw will be the Cumulative Winner/Grand Prize Draw Winner as applicable.
