Audley Harrison is ready for one last hurrah - and is adamant it will bring a world heavyweight title.

The Sydney Olympic gold medallist is looking to kick-start his career again when he takes on George Arias on Saturday, live on Sky Box Office.

It is not the first time Harrison has had a point to prove, as he himself admits, but he is still confident he can come good and back up his amateur success in the professional ranks.

"You could say I had the Midas touch - everything I touched turned to gold," he told Sky Sports.

"And then things started not working out as well as I liked in terms of the outcome. But you've still got to look in the mirror and be the same positive person.

"The ability is there, the talent's there but things haven't gone my way.

"Now do I sit here and cry over spilt milk? Or do I get myself back up and dust myself off and try a different way to find my goals?"

Principles

That different way has meant teaming up with one-time adversary Frank Warren.

Harrison has abandoned the self-promotion policy to side with his old nemesis but says that just shows how determined he is to make the most of this latest chance.

"I've had to change my principles to some degree because I want to achieve my goals so much and my goal is to be a heavyweight champion of the world," he said.

In his way stands Brazilian heavyweight champion and former world cruiserweight challenger George Arias, who has only been stopped four times in 41 fights.

And although Harrison has been accused of freezing in the big fights and failing to seize the initiative, he has promised Sky Box Office viewers an explosive performance.

"I can assure you, once I've figured him out, I'm going to let go all my arsenal on him," he said.

"Against the odds, I'm going to deliver it. My slogan is: Yes I can! Audley Harrison is going to deliver a world title."
