Quotes of the week
Paul Robinson claims Tottenham's star-studded squad are fully behind under-fire manager Martin Jol.
Jol is under intense pressure at White Hart Lane after securing just one Premier League win from their opening six games, following a summer of high spending which yielded high expectations.
Saturday's 3-1 home defeat to arch rivals Arsenal has left Spurs fourth from bottom, but Robinson believes things can be turned around.
Spurs tackle Bolton, Middlesbrough and Aston Villa in their upcoming fixtures and the ex-Leeds keeper is desperate to get the results for Jol.
"The players are fully behind the manager," claimed Robinson.
"We are hopeful that he will be staying and we will dig out the results for him in the next few weeks.
"People are going to talk because of what has happened this season, but we've got a very close, tight ship.
"We're keeping everything in-house and we're going to get the results for the manager."
