Riquelme: Second-half brace

Argentina made it three wins out of three in World Cup qualifying with a 3-0 success over Bolivia.

Sergio Aguero opened the scoring early on before two second-half goals from Juan Roman Riquelme sealed the win.

Teenager Aguero struck just four minutes in, leaving Bolivia with an uphill task to avoid an 11th successive defeat in Argentina.

Free-kick

The home fans had to wait until the 57th minute for another goal when Riquelme produced a trademark free-kick to leave Bolivia goalkeeper Carlos Arias clutching at air.

He bagged his second of the game late on to secure the points after side-footing home following a fine run by Barcelona ace Lionel Messi.

The defeat means Bolivia have just one point from their three qualifiers to date in the race for places at the 2010 World Cup, while Argentina top the South America qualifying group.
