Hall: Bid accepted

Skysports.com understands Wigan Athletic have accepted an offer for unsettled defender Fitz Hall.

The 27-year-old has made just one substitute appearance in the Premier League this season and appears to be on his way out of the JJB Stadium in the New Year.

Queens Park Rangers have been heavily linked with a bid for Hall, while Sunderland have also been showing an interest.

Hall joined Wigan for £3million from Crystal Palace 18 months ago, but fell out of favour under Chris Hutchings at the start of the season, and has failed to get a chance under new boss Steve Bruce.

He is now set to discuss a move away from the Premier League strugglers after a bid was accepted by Bruce.
