Dele Adebola has penned a deal with Bristol City in a move which will see him at Ashton Gate for the next 18 months.

The 32-year-old striker, who has spent the last five years of his playing career with Coventry City, put pen-to-paper on the final day of the transfer window.

Adebola joins the Championship high-flyers for an undisclosed fee after passing a medical on Thursday.

To date, Adebola has played for the likes of Birmingham and Crystal Palace as well as Crewe, the club where he started his professional playing career.

The deal sees him move to a club 18 places better off on current league standings.
