Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor insists he is happy at Emirates Stadium, despite reported interest from Barcelona and Milan.

Togo international Adebayor impressed in the past season as he fired 30 goals in all competitions to catch the eye of a number of clubs across Europe.

There have been rumours that a host of Arsenal stars are set to leave North London this summer and Mathieu Flamini has already joined Milan, while Alexander Hleb is thought to be on the verge of moving to Internazionale.

However, Adebayor insists he will not be following Flamini's lead in moving to the Giuseppe Meazza and that he is also not interested in a move to Barcelona.

"That pleases me," Adebayor told L'Equipe when asked about interest from Milan and Barcelona.

"It's very flattering for a young Togolese who's only 24 to see that Barcelona or Milan are following him.

"But for the moment I'm very happy at Arsenal. We'll see what happens next."

And after a season which failed to live up to early expectations, Adebayor is focused on ending Arsenal's three-year trophy drought next term.

"We were enjoying a dream season," Adebayor added. "And then at the end, I don't know what happened. But I can tell you that we have learned from this.

"(Cesc) Fabregas, (Theo) Walcott and myself will all be a year older next season. That means more experience.

"Already I feel we have understood things. They must count on us next season.

"I did think that I'd have as good a year as I have had, because I always had the potential. But this encourages me to give even better, to get to an even higher level."
