Serie A outfit Udinese have completed the signing of Esbjerg star Niki Zimling.

The talented 23-year-old, who is moving on a free transfer, will join up with his new team-mates in January once his current contract has expired.

He is widely regarded as one of Denmark's most promising youngsters and has already received international recognition.

"The move is very important for Niki's career and will surely help him to progress," stated his agent Vincenzo Morabito.

"Niki's dream of playing in Serie A will be fulfilled and his chances of earning a regular place in the Danish national team will increase."
