Senna: Staying at Villarreal

Villarreal captain Marcos Senna has quashed reports claiming he could be set to reunite with former Spain manager Luis Aragones at Fenerbahce.

Speculation emanating from Spain suggested Aragones has lodged a bid to bring Senna to the Turkish giants.

However, the 32-year-old midfielder, who has also been linked with a move to the Premier League, has insisted he plans to remain at Estadio El Madrigal.

"At the moment I want to play the next World Cup with Spain and I hope to win the UEFA Champions League with Villarreal, it's my dream," Senna told Marca.

"I have spent six years in Spain and I feel very loved at Villarreal. When my contract ends I'm sure I'll return to Brazil."
