Scotland will be forced to cope without James Morrison when they face Macedonia this Saturday.

The Scots are set to open their 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign this weekend with a trip to the Balkan peninsula.

George Burley's plans ahead of the contest have already been hindered by a spate of withdrawals, with six players dropping out of the initial squad.
