Portsmouth striker Peter Crouch has been impressed with manager Tony Adams' methods at Fratton Park.

The former Wycombe boss was unveiled as Harry Redknapp's successor in October and has won two of his eight games in charge.

Crouch has praised the organisation of the South Coast outfit under Adams, highlighting the standard of training sessions.

He said in The Sun: "Under him we can continually improve throughout the season.

"The new manager has brought his own ideas and they're different to Harry's. Training is quite structured now."
