Skysports.com understands that Ian Henderson has signed a two-year contract with Ankaragucu.

The 24-year-old striker spent the second half of last season at Luton but was not offered a new contract at the end of the campaign.

He linked up with Turkish club Ankaragucu for a trial period earlier this summer and has done enough to earn a deal.

Henderson, who has previously enjoyed spells with Norwich, Rotherham and Northampton, will play alongside Darius Vassell at his new club.

Ancaragucu completed the capture of Vassell last week following his departure from Manchester City.
