Fabio Grosso has expressed his delight at sealing his transfer from Lyon to Juventus.

Juve confirmed the agreement on Monday with defender Grosso, 31, penning a three-year deal at the Old Lady.

The deal sees Italy international Grosso end his two-year stay in France, and he is eagerly anticipating his return to Serie A.

He said: "I'm really happy. It was what I wanted. It's starting a new adventure with this big side.

"The aim is to win as much as possible and give my best to achieve the best."

Grosso, who has previously played for the likes of Palermo and Inter Milan, is currently preparing for Italy's World Cup qualifiers against Georgia and Bulgaria.
