Ancelotti: Working with what he has got
Carlo Ancelotti has reiterated his belief that Chelsea do not need to sign anybody in January.
The Blues have been linked with moves for Atletico Madrid forward Sergio Aguero as well as Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery but it looks like Chelsea fans will have to wait until the summer before any new faces are introduced.
Many expected Ancelotti to delve into the winter transfer market after the club had a Fifa transfer embargo suspended until February after appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Skipper John Terry has voiced his opinion that the club should look to make use of the suspension and strengthen in January, especially with the likes of Didier Drobga and Michael Essien departing for the African Nations Cup that month.
"All the players are in good condition," the Italian said after Chelsea had just crushed title rivals Arsenal 3-0 at Emirates Stadium.
"If we maintain this we will sign nobody."
