John Terry has declared 'only winning will do' as Chelsea step up preparations for their UEFA Champions League second leg against Inter Milan and Jose Mourinho.

The Blues welcome the Serie A leaders to Stamford Bridge next Tuesday aiming to overcome a 2-1 defeat in the first leg of their last-16 tie in Italy.

Mourinho will therefore return to West London as a manager for the first time since he left Chelsea in 2007 with trademark confidence.

But Terry has warned his former boss that the Blues expect to progress to the quarter-finals and continue their pursuit of Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup glory.

The Blues skipper said: "Returning to Stamford Bridge with a one-goal deficit and an away goal against the Italian champions is a starting point most sides would take and this side believes we can turn it around.

Passion

"We are going for three trophies right now and every game is crucial. Only winning will do."

Chelsea's desire to put one over their old boss is spearheaded by 25-goal Didier Drogba.

The Ivory Coast striker insists the hunger to win more medals is driving him on as Chelsea continue to fight for glory on three fronts.

"I still have the same passion for the game," said Drogba. "I still feel hungry and I am still chasing medals.

"I feel really good. As I have said in the past it depends on the injuries you get and this season I can say that I am lucky, or I can say that the few months that I took out last year to get my knee well are now paying off."
