Mario Balotelli's agent, Mino Raiola, insists his client's future is not directly linked to that of Jose Mourinho.

The Inter Milan striker is known to have had his differences with the Portuguese coach this season, fuelling speculation of an imminent exit.

Widely regarded as one of Europe's hottest prospects, there would be no shortage of takers were Balotelli to become available.

Speculation had suggested that he would look to move on this summer if Mourinho remained in the Inter hot-seat.

However, Raiola claims he knows of no such desire and is confident Balotelli will be at Giuseppe Meazza for some time yet.

Big club

"Mario is at one of the biggest clubs in Europe," he told Radio Kiss Kiss.

"My job is only to assist him and do the best I can for him.

"Will he leave if Mourinho stays? I have never discussed something like that with one of my players.

"A player's future depends only on himself and has nothing to do with anybody else."
