West Brom have insisted that Peter Odemwingie and Youssouf Mulumbu are not for sale during the summer.
The key men picked up a number of admirers after a string of strong performances last season that helped the Baggies stay afloat in the top flight.
Both men have been linked with moves away from The Hawthorns leading to a predictably tense few months for the club.
Nigeria international Odemwingie was reported to be a target for Arsenal while Mulumbu was said to be attracting interest from Fiorentina.
Despite increasing rumours, Baggies technical director Dan Ashworth stressed on Thursday: "Peter and Youssouf are not for sale."
Albion are currently in talks with Odemwingie over a new contract while Mulumbu put pen to paper on a new deal midway through last season which runs until the summer of 2013.
West Brom defender Gabriel Tamas is a report target for Lazio, who want to sign him on a season-long loan.
