Cahill: Running
Everton's Tim Cahill is ready to step up his rehabilitation as he begins his comeback following a foot injury.
Cahill had an X-ray on Tuesday which showed positive signs and he will start running this week.
He has been out of action since he damaged his foot in the same place he had broken it, against Werder Bremen back in July.
"It is pretty much up to Baz (head physio Mick Rathbone) to give me the all clear, but on Thursday afternoon I will be running and for me it is amazing because I feel like I have come a long way.
"In my head I am ready and set. I have done everything possible to be fit but realistically it is not possible. It is about keeping myself positive and keeping myself training every day."
