Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has voiced his concerns over Bolton Wanderers' preparation for their trip to Chelsea.

United tackle Wigan Athletic on Sunday aware that victory would seal the Premier League title, as they boast a superior goal difference over The Blues.

But Avram Grant's Chelsea will be out to pounce on any potential slip up from Ferguson's men when they host all-but safe Bolton.

The Trotters, meanwhile, are on the brink of survival after last week's win against Sunderland pulled them away from the drop zone, with relegation extremely unlikely as they hold a healthier goal difference compared to their rivals.

Integrity

Ferguson, however, has claimed that Bolton, with safety all-but assured, may have taken their eye off the ball heading into their encounter with Chelsea.

"All you wonderful people in the press have been talking about the integrity of Wigan; all we have seen is Wigan players saying how they will beat Manchester United," said the Scot.

"Fine. I have no problem with that but then you hear about Bolton players being out all week celebrating. Both teams are safe but one is all keyed up to play Manchester United while the other is out celebrating."

Defence

Bolton manager Gary Megson has rejected the suggestions, though, insisting his side are ready to give it their all at Stamford Bridge.

"The players went out together as they have done in the past on a Monday night," he said. "I can assure Sir Alex and everyone else that we will be giving it our best shot."
