Former Chelsea boss Avram Grant believes The Blues will be the team to beat when it comes to this season's title race.

Although Grant was unable to pip Manchester United to last year's crown, he is backing his successor Luiz Felipe Scolari to go one better.

The 53-year-old believes Scolari has already had a major impact during his time at Stamford Bridge and that he is the man to end the club's two-year title drought.

Big changes

"In the last few months, there have been big changes at Chelsea," explained Grant. "I think they are now better than Manchester United or Arsenal.

"Scolari is a good coach and can bring success to Chelsea. Chelsea have a good chance of winning the Premier League."
