Shittu: Ready for debut
Bolton defender Danny Shittu is confident his side can get something from their trip to Newcastle this weekend.
The Nigerian international was an unused substitute in The Trotters' opening day victory over Stoke and he is now hoping to make his full debut at St James' Park.
Shittu is backing Bolton to cause an upset in the North East following Newcastle's excellent display on the opening weekend when the claimed a draw at Manchester United.
"They have a got a great team and proved that at the weekend, because Old Trafford is not an easy place to get a point so they will be buzzing after that," he told Sky Sports News.
"They will be looking to take that on this weekend and try and get three points at home but we are looking to go there, to that fortress and break down their walls and get the points - it is definitely something we believe we can do.
"We are working hard in training to do the right things and know what we have to do, everyone is working hard."
