Sebastian Giovinco's agent has denied reports the Juventus midfielder is set for a move to Arsenal.

Rumours had begun circulating that the 21-year-old had held discussions with the Gunners in regards to a possible switch to London.

The talented youngster is highly regarded in Italy and enjoyed a successful season-long loan spell at Empoli last year.

However, his representatives insist his future now lies in Turin and a new contract will be penned with the Bianconeri.

"They haven't spoken to me and as far as I'm aware they haven't spoken to Juventus," Andrea D'Amico told Novantesimo.

"With respect to the player's contract renewal, we will soon meet Juventus to negotiate."
