Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha believes that if City did sign AC Milan star Kaka it would be beneficial for everyone at the club.

City representatives have been in Italy over the last few days to talk with their Milan counterparts over a possible deal.

Any move now looks unlikely after the Brazilian superstar expressed his desire to remain at Milan for the remainder of his career.

But this has not stopped Onuoha from imagining what life at Eastlands would be like if the former Fifa World Player of the Year signed on.

"If he was to come he would benefit everyone at the club, the fans, the players, the management," the defender told Sky Sports News.

Clique

"I think we would learn from him as much as he would learn from us."

Even without Kaka's presence, Eastlands already has its fair share of South Americans with one Argentinian, one Ecuadorian and four Brazilians already in the squad.

Despite the high influx of players from the continent, Onuoha is quick to play down any sort of cliques that may surround the club.

"I don't remember seeing one it's like a South American thing because they speak similar languages but they do speak English," the 22-year-old highlights.

"If you did see us talking in groups it's because of the languages and in terms of there being a clique I couldn't disagree more."

The City graduate also disagrees with rumours indicating that the management are more lenient with the club's foreign players.

"No one gets away with anything, it is exactly the same for everyone," he explained.
