Honda: Highly-rated
Keisuke Honda's agent has admitted the player would be interested in a move to the Premier League.
Merseyside duo Liverpool and Everton have both been credited with an interest in the Japanese international.
The talented midfielder has been in scintillating form for Eredivisie newcomers VVV Venlo, notching seven goals in only nine appearances this term.
A host of clubs including Liverpool, Everton, Ajax and PSV Eindhoven are believed to be keeping tabs on Honda with Venlo facing a fight to keep hold of their prize asset.
The 23-year-old's agent, Kees Ploegsma, has admitted a number of clubs are chasing the attacking midfielder and that the player would be keen on a switch to England.
"There are a lot of clubs following him, but there is nothing concrete at the moment," Ploegsma told skysports.com.
"I don't know anything about Liverpool and Everton and we will wait and see what happens in January.
"Of course Keisuke would be interested in playing in England. England is a very good country for playing football.
"If a club makes an offer and Keisuke likes that club something could happen, but we will wait and see."
