Roberto Mancini has hailed his Manchester City side after they comfortably saw off Wolves on Monday.

A 3-0 victory, coupled with Saturday's 2-0 win over Stoke, ensured that the Italian tactician maintained his 100 per cent start to life in English football.

Two goals from Carlos Tevez and a sublime free-kick from Javier Garrido saw City prevail in their latest outing, against a resolute Wolves outfit.

Mancini was delighted with the manner in which the Blues went about business at Molineux and admits that he is already starting to feel at home in the Premier League.

"I thought that the players were fantastic," he told Sky Sports.

"After Saturday's match we've had only two days but the players were fantastic.

"I am very happy for them because we played very well."

Focus

Mancini added: "All the players (impressed me). I think that today Craig (Bellamy), Carlos (Tevez) and the whole team played very well.

"It's important the team must concentrate during the game.

"For me it is fantastic, English football. In Italy it is impossible to play two games in three days."

Mancini was reported to have already distanced himself from fiery frontman Craig Bellamy, with the Welshman a staunch supporter of his predecessor Mark Hughes.

However, Bellamy insists there is no rift between him and his new coach and claims he remains fully committed to the City cause.

"For me, obviously I have great affection for Mark Hughes but that's the nature of the business," he said.

"You have to carry on if you want to be part of Man City. The players we've got, big things are going to happen here and I want to be part of it if I can."
