Arsene Wenger has admitted he has little option but to make the best use of his squad in the FA Cup.

Arsenal climbed to the top of the Premier League in midweek after coming from behind to beat Bolton 4-2 at Emirates Stadium.

They are also determined to mount a strong challenge for FA Cup glory but face a difficult away game against Stoke on Sunday.

And Wenger recognises that he will have to make changes so that some of his key players can have a rest after a hectic recent schedule.

"I will assess the situation on Friday and Saturday, but we will certainly make use of the squad," he said.

Wenger confirmed on Thursday that Abou Diaby would miss two games with a shoulder injury sustained in the victory over Bolton.

Full-back Bacary Sagna is another player who needs a break because of a shoulder injury, although Theo Walcott could start after returning from a spell on the sidelines.

There could also be a chance for Sol Campbell, who signed a short-term contract with the Gunners last week.
