Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp believes Manchester City are the team to beat in the race to finish in the top four.

Spurs are currently in fourth spot and are battling City, Liverpool and Aston Villa for the coveted final UEFA Champions League spot.

Redknapp sees Roberto Mancini's fifth-placed City side - level on points with Spurs with a game in hand - as the biggest threat to his team's chances of claiming fourth.

"We're right in there and have got a great chance," said Redknapp. "Manchester City are the team to watch out for."

Closing the gap

Redknapp also believes Spurs are closing the gap on arch-rivals Arsenal, who are in with a real chance of winning the Premier League title this season

"The gap is closing," added Redknapp. "We're trying to turn it around but it's not easy. There's not a million miles between the teams.

"I don't think that there will be much of a gap at the end of the season.

"Arsenal can win the title. They are a very well run club and the manager has done a good job."
