Gudjohnsen: Joined Fulham
Eidur Gudjohnsen's loan move to Fulham from Stoke until the end of the season has gone through.
Both clubs have now confirmed the transfer of the striker, who becomes a free agent in the summer at the end of his one-year contract with Stoke.
Gudjohnsen's departure comes after a disappointing spell at the Britannia Stadium, with the Icelandic international making just five substitute appearances since arriving from Monaco last August.
Stoke boss Tony Pulis told the club's official website: "It has been an incredibly frustrating time for Eidur.
"But he has been an outstanding professional and a great influence around the place in his time here.
"Unfortunately, he didn't get the games that he needed to build up his match fitness, but this loan move presents him with a chance to do that."
Meanwhile, Fulham have loaned out Florida-born forward Eddie Johnson to Preston for the rest of the campaign.
